Financial Policy

Patient Financial Policy

In order to reduce confusion and misunderstanding between our patients and our practice, we have adopted the following financial policy. We are dedicated to providing the best possible care and service to you and regard your complete understanding of your financial responsibilities as an essential element of your care and treatment.

We are regulated by Mediare guidelines; therefore, we are required to perform re-exams if you have not been seen in our practice within 6 months. These exams will be a fee in addition to adjustments or any therapies. We do offer a Discount Medical Plan through ChiroHealth USA to offer legal discounts off our regular fee schedule.

No Insurance Coverage

Unless arrangements have been made in advance, full payment is due at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, check , and MasterCard/Visa.

Medical Insurance Coverage

Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. Please take the time to verify your coverage for chiropractic care with your insurer by contacting them through the customer/member service number on the back of your card. As a courtesy, we can file your insurance claim for you. If, for any reason, your insurance company does not pay the bill, you shall ultimately be responsible for the balance.

Please note that all health plans are not the same and do not cover the same services. In the event that your health plan determines a service or portion of the service to be "non-covered", you will be responsible for the complete charge; any balance due is your responsibility and payment is due upon receipt of statement from our office.

Copayments and Deductibles

You will be required to pay any deductibles and authorized co-payments at the time of service. We gladly accept MasterCard/Visa/Discover/American Express, and Care Credit.
